Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website vusacareltd.site and any engagement with Vusacare Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Vusacare Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 21 Blackthorn Way, Wakefield, England, WF2 0HN, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 859 294.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Regulated activity, registration and this website
Residential nursing care is a regulated activity under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. In England it may be carried on only by a provider registered with the Care Quality Commission for that activity, with a registered manager in post, and it is a criminal offence to carry on a regulated activity without that registration. Care is provided by this company only under and in accordance with such registration.
No Care Quality Commission rating is claimed or published on this website. We do not reproduce inspection findings here, and no statement on this website should be read as a rating, an endorsement or an assessment by the Care Quality Commission or by any other body. The register and the full inspection reports are public and free, and anyone considering care should read them at source rather than rely on anything a provider says about itself, including this website.
Nursing care means care provided by or under the supervision of a registered nurse. “Registered nurse” is a protected title and is held only by a person on the register maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Nothing on this website is clinical, medical or nursing advice for any individual, and it must not be used in place of advice from a doctor, nurse or other qualified professional. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.
3b. Placements, assessment and charges
No placement is accepted or agreed through this website or through the contact form on it. A placement follows an assessment of the individual’s needs and a written contract. Before a person moves in, the written contract will set out the care to be provided, what is included in the fee, what is charged separately, how and when fees may change, notice periods and what happens if needs change, and we will give that information before any commitment is sought, in line with consumer protection law as it applies to care homes. No fees, rates or availability are published on this website. A resident, a relative or a representative may raise a concern or a complaint at any time, through our complaints procedure, and may also contact the Care Quality Commission or the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman; raising a concern will never affect the care a person receives. Nothing on this website is advice for your particular situation.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
